Meet the very first MAN OF THE WORLD, Mostafa Elezali
Although male pageants had been around for quite some time now, 2017 marks the start of their prominent presence in the entertainment industry when PEPPS Organization debuts MAN OF THE WORLD (MOTW) by distinctly categorizing it as a “straight” male pageant and thus, changes the mindset of the audience and avid followers of pageantry all over the over the world.
“Man of the World is a manly pageant which carries the slogan, “Masculinity with Responsibility”, and what makes one worthy to carry this title is a humble attitude and commitment to his advocacy.“, exclaims Mostafa Elezali, Man of the World 2017.
Bested among 28 ambassadors from different countries, Mostafa represented Egypt and bagged the title when he killed it during the competition’s Q&A segment as one of the finalists.
Before officially competing in MOTW, Mostafa is an accountant by profession and was trained in the police academy as part of the special forces prior to that. In the Dubai Government, he worked as Customer Service Agent and he worked with Porsche also as a CS agent afterwards. He also did some acting stints some time back. If not working out at the gym, He plays soccer and engages in nature activities like hiking, mountain climbing, swimming and diving.
He has been residing in the Philippines for almost a year after his coronation and enjoys his new found celebrity status as he receives invitations to be an honorary judge in many local pageants, modelling jobs and commercial offers. He has guested and appeared in TV shows like, ABS CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda, GMA’s Eat Bulaga, MARS show, Bagong Filipinas of PTV4, and interviewed on The Morning Show of CNN Philippines. He was featured in popular magazines such as Scene Zone and in International Pageant Media outfits like PAGEANT LIVE and ASK THE CROWN which delivers the latest in pageant news all across Canada, USA and the rest of the world. He plans to remain in the limelight after his reign by pursuing a career in acting, a passion which he has set his heart on, most especially in the Philippine showbiz industry where majority of his fans and followers offer their unending love and support.
What makes this crowned ambassador unique? He is the very first crowned Man of the World winner, he is the very first Muslim who won a male pageant, and he is the very first Egyptian who won a male pageant. What tops these facts is that this crowned king is an eligible bachelor, which makes him more inspiring to a lot of young hopeful female fans everywhere!
This July 14, he shall be turning over his crown to a worthy successor at the MAN OF THE WORLD 2018 which will be held at Flying V Center, San Juan, Philippines, telecast on ABS CBN. Around 40 ambassadors will be competing for the title from July 1, towards the coronation night.
